Shipping Policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after processing, depending on your location. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 8–15 business days.

Where we ship. We currently ship across the United States. Orders are sent through our fulfillment partners.

Tracking. A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow a couple of days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Delays. Occasionally, carrier or customs delays are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@calmerity.com and we'll look into it right away.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
